Whether you have been working with us for decades or just signed up to shop with us, Service With Style is here to support our shoppers any way that we can. In order to provide you with a smooth and simple Secret Shopping experience, please see below for some common questions and contact information for both Service With Style and our partners.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, companies worldwide have changed the way they operate. Therefore, after 22 years of working from a central main office, Service With Style has converted to working remotely for the safety of our fantastic office team. As a result, we ask that you now use email as your primary method of communication. Above all, we will always do our best to respond promptly to your questions.
ShopMetrics
ShopMetrics is our online software system for Secret Shopping. Once you register to become a Shopper, you can view our job postings, schedule your visits, review the details, update your personal information, and complete the observation report all from ShopMetrics!
Date Changes
For Shop Date changes, we ask that you email your Account Manager at least 48 hours in advance. Please include the visit name, scheduled date, requested new date, your name and shopper number. You can find the Account Manager email address in the visit details on ShopMetrics/GigSpot. You may also email the office directly.
GigSpot
GigSpot connects you with additional mystery shopping companies for an expanded list of opportunities. If you are experiencing any technical difficulties with GigSpot, please email GigSpot directly.

Shopper Payroll
Our shopper payroll is compiled on approximately the 20th of each month for all shops completed between the first and last date of the previous month. For shoppers in the United States, you will receive an email from Checkbook once payroll has been processed. At that time, you will also have the option to sign up for direct deposit, print your check for mobile deposit, or provide your mailing address in order to have a physical check mailed to you. When signing up for direct deposit, all future payments will be deposited automatically. Conversely, our Canadian shoppers will receive their payment in CAD via PayPal.
